We‘re looking for Electrofused refractory blocs for furnace skid as per attached drawings. These blocs are normally supplied by saint gobain ITALY. These are 73% alumina electrofused magnalox RN skid blocs having very good temperature and abrasion resistance at service temperature of 1250 degree centigrade of steel billet reheating furnaces. 

Here are the further details below 

Magmalox blocks for refractory skids and discharge area. 

1. We required to use Magmalox RN quality (73% Alumina as per SEPR catalogue) blocks for both skids and discharge area. 

2. Fuel oil to be used is HSD having only 0.5% sulphur max., we should not use Magmalox 555 grade as per your suggestion.

3. We require Magmalox RN 500x200x150 chamferred 80x30 blocks for skids as per furnace requirement.

     

We looking for round the year business establishment. Trial order as of now of these blocks will be as follows and attached drawing:
1.  Skid blocks - 150x200x500 with Chamfer - 400
2.  Straight blocks - 150x200x500 for ejector hearth area - 100 Nos.
