PRODUCT FEATURES
The product is used for the manufacture of aluminum sulfate, intended to be used as a coagulant in the purification of water for public consumption. Therefore must be free of contaminants that may affect the health of consumers. This condition must be specifically stated and documented analytical results.
The product is milled to particle size is such that 100% passes through a sieve ASTM N ° 60 and 95% pass through a sieve ASTM No. 100.
Bauxite feature must be such that optimal occur in the aluminum sulphate according to the procedure used in the production plant where not separate insolubles.

- Moisture (wt%) max. 2%

- Aluminium and aluminum oxide (Al2O3) min. 54%

- Iron (as iron oxide, Fe2O3) máx.11%

- Titanium (as titanium oxide-TiO2) max. 2%

- Sulphuric acid insoluble max. 7%
