Organizations/ Public Limited Companies/leading refractory manufacturers in India or Abroad during last 3 (three) years. Copies of POs, Excise Invoices/ Stores Receipts Vouchers/ User's Certificate in support shall be furnished along-with their Techno-commercial bids. b)Average Financial annual turnover of the tenderer during last three years as per guidelines ending 1st March of previous financial year shall be at least Rs 50.00 Lakh. Audited annual account for last three years shall be furnished along with Techno-commercial bid in support of the same. C] Bid Bond : Each bid should be accompanied by bid bond in the form of bank guarantee, for an amount of USD $4,500/- (USD Four thousand five hundred only) D] Security Bond: Within 7(Seven) days form the date of Order the successful Bidder should furnish Security Bond in the form of Bank Guarantee, for an amount Covering 5% (Five Percent) of the value of Order issued E] Delivery : To be started within a month of placing ORDER as below: 1. For Foreign Vendors.Item No. 1 @ 560 MT per month in containers every two months F] Payment Terms: 100% payment against Irrevocable LC.
